As of this morning we have a total of 1018 homes actively for sale. 758 are detached houses and 260 are condos and townhomes. Based on last month’s rate of sale that represents about a six and a half month inventory level. Here’s the breakdown:
The detached homes have been on the market on average of 70 days and have an average price of $1,598,000. Detached homes that are going into escrow are taking an average of 61 days to do so; pricing and how well your home sells is more important than ever.
Condos and Townhomes have been on the market an average of 64 days and have an average price of $543,000. Homes from this category going into escrow are taking an average of 51 days to do so.
